🕐 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
• In the rare event of a delay, we’ll keep you updated via email.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 15-20 business days after production
• 📦 Note: We do not currently ship to U.S. military bases.

🧾 Taxes

• We do not collect sales tax on your purchase.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable local, state, or federal taxes upon delivery, if required.

🚚 Shipping Delays

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at [email protected].
• If your package takes over 30 days to arrive, we’ll provide a full refund upon request.

📦 Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

• Check all areas around your property (porch, mailbox, neighbors).
